Update: Will Lichtig now with Boldt
This is an update to my earlier post that listed some Integrated Project Delivery resources. Will Lichtig is not working at Hanson Bridgett anymore. Apparently that was a short-term engagement for some partnering something-or-other.
Now he is the in-house council for Boldt Construction, who are big IPD players.

RQ Construction forming a network enterprise
As if on cue, right after I wrote about the idea of forming a great network with other small firms so you can increase your offerings to clients (like cost estimation and feasibility studies), I attended a forum where two guys explained their company’s journey to do exactly that.
Their idea is a little more formalized than I was imagining. I wrote about it on the Opening Design blog.
